WELCOME TO FLOWERS IN THE CITY
The Flowers in the City campaign was launched more than 50 years ago by the Worshipful Company of Gardeners, in conjunction with and supported by the Corporation of London. Its main purpose is to “beautify” the City, to make it a place of which its inhabitants can be proud and in which they can find pleasure and a sense of wellbeing.
Since its inception, the campaign has been organised and run by the Gardeners’ Company, one of the ancient City Livery Companies. With continued support from the Corporation, the campaign has flourished.
While the Corporation’s Parks and Gardens department maintains a considerable number of gardens and floral displays throughout the Square Mile, Flowers in the City concentrates its attention on the private sector, rewarding a variety of individuals and companies alike through its annual Winter and Summer campaigns.
This year’s Summer campaign is now live. To find out more, contact us…
